Smith AAUP is the Smith College advocacy chapter of the American Association of University Professors. We organize to defend academic freedom, strengthen faculty governance, and fight for job security and better working conditions for faculty and instructional staff. We stand in solidarity with campus unions, student organizations, and all who labor to protect the mission of higher education in service of the common good.Â
