As educators we bring CWC’s mission to life each day in and beyond our classrooms. Our schools become more effective when our expertise is considered. Educator’s voices are necessary to make school-site and region-wide decisions that are most beneficial for students.

We operate in community, caring for each other and uplifting our fellow educators because we know, when teachers are supported, the community as a whole can thrive.
