Shipping and Return Policy
All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, reply to your order confirmation email and we will send you a replacement item after the original has been returned in its original condition.
During checkout we will display our best estimate for days until delivery. However, we do not guarantee the date of order delivery.
Most orders ship in about 1 week, then take 2-5 business days in transit before arriving at their destination. Occasionally orders experience longer processing times due to temporary stock shortages, the COVID-19 pandemic, national holidays and during periods of peak demand.
We will send you a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Light packages are sent by First Class Mail and therefore may not have tracking information available.
Depending on an order's contents, orders may be sent in multiple shipments. When each individual package ships we will notify you by email and provide available tracking information.
