Equal Rights Advocates is rising to this moment. We are a 50+ year old gender justice organization based in San Francisco with a legacy rooted in fighting like hell for women's rights.

We're lawyers, advocates, and organizers who take on workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and systemic barriers that keep women and gender expansive people from economic security. 

We don't just challenge unfair systems– we dismantle them through strategic litigation, policy advocacy, grassroots organizing, and community education. Every victory we win opens doors for the next generation of women and gender-expansive folks to thrive at the workplace and beyond.
