Kickstarter United is a union of workers in product design, customer support, marketing, outreach, research, trust & safety, and software development who build and maintain the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter. In 2020, we were the first major tech company in the United States to unionize. Now in 2025, we are sustaining the longest strike in the history of the United States tech industry, fighting for a living wage for all workers and to protect our 4-day work week.
