Collection: National Family Farm Coalition
NFFC is the only national coalition representing the voices of family farmers from their fields to Washington, DC. Our 27-member grassroots organizations stretch across 43 states representing over 500,000 family farmers, ranchers, and fishing families. We leverage the power of our coalition to demand systemic policy changes to end the corporate domination of our food and agriculture system while ensuring the long-term health of people, animals, and our planet.
Formed during the 1980s farm crisis, we believed then as we do today that small and medium-scale family farmers can be true stewards of the land if not forced to compete with industrial-scale agriculture that has promised for decades to “feed the world” with cheap food.
All funding from this shop supports our ongoing farmer-led efforts to build a just, ecologically responsible, and economically sustainable agriculture system.
