Project Equity is on a mission to expand employee ownership (EO) across the U.S. Our work preserves locally rooted businesses, retains and grows good jobs, and helps working people and people of color build long-term wealth.

We envision a future where employee ownership is the preferred business model. Our team works across the nation to actively transition companies to employee ownership, while also educating regional economic stakeholders and professional business advisors on the benefits of various EO models.
